বর্তমানে বায়োভাস টেক এইড অনলাইন ডেলিভারি শর্তাবলী নিম্নরূপ

• ঢাকা শহরের মধ্যে নির্দিষ্ট পণ্যে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি সুবিধা রয়েছে।
• অনলাইন ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ/ কুরিয়ার চার্জ প্রযোজ্য। 
• ঢাকা শহরের বাইরের অনলাইন অর্ডারের সম্পূর্ণ অথবা আংশিক মূল্য বিকাশ, ব্যাংকট্রান্সফার অথবা কার্ডের মাধ্যমে এডভান্স পেমেন্ট করে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করতে হবে।
• ঢাকা শহরের বাইরে কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি করা হবে এবং সম্পূর্ণ কুরিয়ার চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।
• বর্তমানে অনলাইন অর্ডারে ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে সময় ২ থেকে ৫ দিন অথবা তারও বেশি লাগতে পারে।
• পেমেন্ট কনফার্মেশনের এসএমএস পাবার পর ৩ দিনের মধ্যে ক্রেতাকে পেমেন্ট করতে হবে। এর পর পেমেন্ট করলে পণ্য স্টক শেষ হয়ে যেতে পারে অথবা মূল্য পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
• অর্ডারক্রীত পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে ক্রেতার সম্মতিক্রমে পণ্য পরিবর্তন অথবা অথবা মূল্য রিফান্ড করা হবে।
• বর্তমানে করোনা সংক্রমণ রোধে বিল্ডিং এর ভেতরে নির্দিষ্ট ফ্ল্যাট এ গিয়ে ডেলিভারি সাময়িক বন্ধ রাখা হয়েছে। ক্রেতাকে বিল্ডিং এর মেইন গেট থেকে পণ্য রিসিভ করতে হবে।

 

Currently Biovas Tech Aid online delivery terms are as follows

• Cash on delivery facility is available for certain products in Dhaka city.
• Delivery charge / courier charge are applicable for online delivery.
• Full or partial price of online order outside Dhaka city must be confirmed by payment through bkash, nagad, rocket, bank transfer or advance payment by card.
• Delivery will be done through courier service outside Dhaka city and full courier charge will paid by the buyer.
• Currently online delivery can take 2 to 5 days or more.
• The buyer has to make the payment within 3 days after receiving the payment confirmation SMS. After Payment this may result in depletion of the product stock or change in price.
• If the ordered product is not in stock, the product will be changed or the price will be refunded with the consent of the buyer.
• Delivery has been temporarily stopped at certain flats inside the building to prevent corona infection. The buyer must receive the product from the main gate of the building.
